The contest vAtom wasn't revealed until the day of the event and had a 48 hour submission window. We plastered QR codes with contest instructions throughout the yacht and live streamed people's answers on large displays.
Since our first AR scavenger hunt was a huge success for Sasha's London show we decided to bring the hunt to Miami.
We announced the drop via socials the morning of Ultra Music Festival and fans flocked all over Miami trying to download and claim the winning vatoms. #thehunt went viral and was shared throughout Instagram Ultra fest stories.
Overall vAtom engagement rates reached more than 60% among DJ Sasha ticket holders. Attendees received the first ticket vAtom and have permanent access to all its exclusive features and updates from Sasha and the boat party content and chat room. There were 325+ new app downloads and 450+ app interactions were made. All tickets dropped in Miami were picked up by lucky fans and used to attend one of the hottest boat parties during the Ultra Festivities.
